Good to Know Before Your Cleaning

  • Ladders: For everyone’s safety, we only use a 2-step ladder, so very high areas may not be reachable.
  • Furniture: We clean around heavy furniture rather than moving it.
  • Clutter: Tidy surfaces and clear floors help us clean more thoroughly. Heavy clutter may limit access to some areas.
  • Specialty items: Some delicate or specialty items may not be cleaned to avoid damage.
  • Cancellations: We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late cancellation fee: A fee may apply when notice is less than 48 hours.
